The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to coordinate supply, storage and accessibility of items in order to ensure an adequate supply without excessive oversupply of stock. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to:-

 Plan inventory controls activities;

 Carry out tools, equipment and materials inventory check;

 Carry out tools, equipment and materials requisition;

 Coordinate tools equipment and material movement; and

 Prepare inventory control activities report.
