The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to maintain optimum inventory to meet its requirements and avoid over or under inventory that can impact the financial figures in accordance with company’s SOP and company’s policy. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to :-
• Identify office inventory management requirements
• Plan office inventory management activities
• Perform inventory management
• Report office inventory management activities.
