The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to manage and administer sets of policies in accordance with company’s SOP, company’s vision and mission, Occupational Safety and Health Act (OSHA), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) and International Organisation for Standardisation (ISO) requirements. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to :-
• Identify office policies administration requirements
• Plan office policies administration
• Perform office policies administration
• Report office policies administration.
