The person who is competent in this CU shall be able to examine and evaluate employee work behaviour, performance and administrative practices in accordance with company’s SOP, company’s policy and Labour Law. Upon completion of this competency unit, trainees will be able to :-

• Conduct administrative staff performance evaluation and review session
• Analyse staff performance appraisal
• Report staff performance evaluation and review process.
